Refunds

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by NonStop Web.

By purchasing services from NonStop Web, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

NonStop Web may offer refunds for eligible services within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that the customer has not significantly used the service.

Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations, transfers, or renewals

  • Website design or development services

  • Custom plugin development

  • Script installation or technical setup services

  • Social media setup or automation services

  • Any third-party licenses or software purchased on behalf of the customer

Once these services have been delivered or initiated, refunds cannot be issued.

3. Abuse of Refund Policy

NonStop Web reserves the right to deny refund requests if we believe the refund policy is being abused.

Examples of abuse include but are not limited to:

  • Repeated purchases followed by refund requests

  • Excessive resource usage before requesting a refund

  • Attempting to use services fully and then requesting a refund

  • Violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

4. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact NonStop Web support to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:

  • The associated account may be immediately suspended or terminated

  • All services may be permanently disabled

  • Any outstanding balances may become immediately due

NonStop Web reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks with payment providers.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.

6. Service Cancellations

Customers may cancel their services at any time through their account or by contacting support.

Cancelling a service does not automatically guarantee a refund unless it falls within the refund eligibility period.

NonStop Web reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page.
