4. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact NonStop Web support to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:

The associated account may be immediately suspended or terminated

All services may be permanently disabled

Any outstanding balances may become immediately due
NonStop Web reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks with payment providers.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
6. Service Cancellations
Customers may cancel their services at any time through their account or by contacting support.
Cancelling a service does not automatically guarantee a refund unless it falls within the refund eligibility period.
