2. Counter-Notification

If your content is removed or disabled due to a DMCA claim and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material removed or disabled

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake

  • Your contact information (address, phone number, email)

  • Consent to jurisdiction of your local court and agreement to accept service of process

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, NonStop Web may restore the material within 10 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking to restrain the material.

3. Repeat Infringers

NonStop Web reserves the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service. Customers found repeatedly violating copyright laws may lose hosting privileges permanently.

NonStop Web is not responsible for content uploaded by customers or third parties. This policy provides a mechanism to protect copyright owners and to respond to alleged violations promptly.
